IKO Roofing Shingles

Shingles and Ridge Vents

With roots dating back to the 1930’s, IKO is among the top vertically integrated manufacturers in the roofing industry, and makes every major component that goes into its residential roofing products. Starting with wet chop glass fiber strands produced in Clarksville, Tennessee, which is used in Danville, Illinois to make the glass mat used by all IKO production plants around the world. They also oxidize their own asphalt, crush their own limestone, and quarries, crushes and color their own granules and make their own back-surfacing at a variety of locations across North America. IKO knows the origin and quality of their final products.

IKO is also a leader in the commercial and industrial flat roofing and waterproofing business, with production plants for industrial roofing membranes, liquid waterproofing products, and ISO insulation board in both North America and Europe. Black Hawk Roof Co, Inc. uses IKO products in a variety of projects.
